Lemon Shrimp And Arugula Spaghetti Recipe

Ingredients

•8 oz. Precooked spaghetti
•2 Tbsp Olive Oil
•1 Tsp Lemon Zest
•1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
•1/2 Tsp salt
•1/4 Tsp Pepper
•1 Tbsp Garlic, Chopped
•3 Tbsp red onion, chopped
•10 raw tiger shrimp, shelled and devained
•2 Tbsp Parsely chopped
•2 handfuls arugula
•pinch of hot pepper flakes
•handful of chopped green onions

Directions

Coat a sautee pan with a drizzle of olive oil and toss in red onions and cook for about 1 minute

While onions are sauteeing zest lemon into the 2 tbsp of olive oil

Add shrimp, lemon juice, garlic and red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to pan

When shrimp is cooked through (about 1-2 minues per side) add cooked spaghetti and
arugula

Add the olive oil and lemon zest mixture

Sautee untill everything is hot and arugula is wilted

Divide between 2 plates and garnish with parsely and gren onions

Amazing Spaghetti With Seafood Sauce

Ingredients

3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 Clove Garlic, finely chopped
8 ounces Spaghetti
2 1/2 cups strained Tomatoes
1 Tablespoon Tomato Paste
1 teaspoon dried Oregano
1 Bay Leaf
1 teaspoon White Sugar
1 cup cooked, shelled Shrimp
1 1/2 cups cooked Clams
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
2 Tablespoons Butter
Salt
Ground Black Pepper

Direction

Heat the oil in a lg frying pan and add onion and garlic.

Fry over medium heat for 6-7 minutes, until onions have softened.

Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in lg saucepan of boiling salted water for 10-12 mins or until
al dente.

Stir the strained tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, bay leaf and sugar into the onions.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 2-3 mins.

Add the shellfish and lemon juice.

Stir well, then cover and cook for 6-7 minutes. Do not over cook.

Meanwhile, drain the spaghetti when it is ready and add butter to the pan.

Return spaghetti to the pan and toss in the butter.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve the spaghetti with sauce spooned over it.

Creamy Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredient

8 oz. spaghetti, uncooked

2 cups fresh or frozen chopped broccoli

1-1/4 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up

1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup milk

Direction

COOK pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, adding broccoli to the cooking water for the last 5 minutes of the pasta cooking time; drain. Cover to keep warm.

SPRAY large skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; cook and stir 4 to 5 minutes on medium-high heat or until chicken is cooked through. Add VELVEETA, soup and milk; mix well. Reduce heat to low; cook until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring frequently.

ADD pasta; toss to coat.

Pasta With Tuna Sauce

Ingredients

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Onion, chopped
2 cloves crushed Garlic
1 Tablespoon Capers
14.5 oz crushed Tomatoes
1 Tablespoon Lemon juice
1 Tablespoon chopped fresh Parsley
0.25 teaspoon red Pepper flakes
6 oz tuna (drained if canned)
16 oz dry Pasta

Direction

In a large saute pan, heat oil over low heat.

Add onion and garlic; cook and stir until onion is tender.

Stir in capers, tomatoes, lemon juice, and parsley. Season with red pepper flakes to taste.

Simmer gently for 3 minutes to thicken sauce.

Fold in tuna, and heat through.

While sauce is cooking, add pasta to a large pot of rapidly boiling water; cook till just tender.
Drain well.

Toss pasta with sauce, and serve.

All In One Spaghetti

Ingredients

1 lb ground Beef
1 large Onion, chopped
2 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 (8 ounce) can Tomato Sauce
1 (6 ounce) can Tomato Paste
3 cups Tomato Juice
1 cup Water
1 teaspoon Salt
2-3 teaspoons Chili Powder
1 teaspoon dried Oregano
1 dash Pepper
1 (7 ounce) package Spaghetti, cooked
Grated Parmesan Cheese

Direction

Cook first 3 ingredients on the stove, stirring until beef crumbles and is no longer pink.

Drain well.

Stir in tomato sauce and next 8 ingredients.

Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer, stirring often, 30 minutes.

Add cooked pasta, cover and simmer another 20-30 minutes (or longer, if desired).

Serve with Parmesan cheese.
